Victoria Gonzalez's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Victoria Gonzalez, age, 83, on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family in Rio Grande City, Texas. Victoria, was a dearly wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, she will be greatly missed by her beloved family and close friends. She was born on December 23, 1938 in Mexico. She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Camilo Perez+ and Silveria Zamarron Perez+ also by her loving husband, Pedro Gonzalez Luevano+. She is survived by her loving children, Amparo Gonzalez; Eduardo Gonzalez Perez; Nestora Gonzalez de La Cruz; Diana Gonzalez Santos; and Pedro Gonzalez Perez; Victor Manuel Gonzalez Perez; Erasmo Gonzalez Perez; Laura Gonzalez Salinas. Survivors also include her 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom she loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 3:00 pm also with a service at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Wednesday December 14, 2022 8:00 am to 12:45 pm going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 1:00 pm. Follow burial at St. John's Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 2:30 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
