He is survived by his wife, Maria Morales; his children; Ruben Vasquez; Miguel Vasquez; Toribio Vasquez Jr.; numerous grand-children . Visitation will be held on, Tuesday, July 02, 2019 at Hernandez Funerals services are still pending. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
