Teresa B. Montoya, age 70, passed away on Friday August 4, 2017 in Starr County Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born on July 8, 1947 in Rio Grande City. She is preceded in death by her father, Cosmo Juarez (+), and by her mother, Norma Elvira Juarez (+), and by her brother, Alonso Juarez and by her grand-mother, Rosabel Mendoza. She is survived by her 3 children, Teresa (Terry) M. Montoya, Juan Romeo (Sonny) Montoya, Macario (Boy) & Blanca Montoya. She is also survived by her 8 grand-children, Victoria M. (Eddie) Trevino, Elena I. (Adrian) Requenez, Alberto Joel Requenez Jr., Alfredo Joaquin Requenez, Juan Romeo Montoya Jr., Santos Javier Montoya, Leslie Elvira Montoya and Marco Gabriel Montoya. Also by her 6 great-grand-children, Matthew Eli Trevino, Mary Elise Trevino, Marcus Eliott Trevino, Elaina Joelle Cruz, Kayden Alyssa Requenez and Ysabel Monique Montoya.
