Stephen W. Liebowitz, age, 73, passed away on Sunday December 23, 2018 in his Residence in McAllen surrounded by his family. He was born on May 26, 1945 in Brooklyn New York City. He is survived by his sister, Susana Ludke and his niece and nephew.
