Sofia Esther Lozano, age, 66, passed away on Friday August 31, 2018 in Rio Grande City Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born on June 26, 1952 in Monterrey, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her father, Jesus Maria Lozano Chapa (+), her mother, Alicia Esther Garza Lozano (+). She is survived, by her children, Rafael Coutino Jr., Aaron Cautino, and Erik Coutino. She is also survived by her 10 grand-children, 7 great-children also by her nieces and nephews.
