Santos Portillo-Torres, age 64, passed away peacefully. He is survived by his loving wife, Luz Maria Portillo, whom he adored and cared for dearly. Santos was a devoted father to his beloved children: Ana Laura Portillo-Hernandez, Angelica Portillo-Rivera, †Francisco, and Fabian Portillo. He is also survived by siblings Gerardo Portillo, Maria del Carmen Marmolejo, Fernanda Cantu, San Juanita, Ana Delia, Maria de Jesus, Eloisa, Jesus Portillo, and Dalinda Alonso, as well as nine cherished grandchildren.
Santos was a loving father, a devoted husband, a hardworking individual, and a steadfast fighter until the end. His family will forever treasure the moments and memories spent with him, holding him close in their hearts always. His enduring legacy of love, dedication, and resilience will continue to inspire all who knew him.
Funeral services will be held at Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City, TX.
