Santos E. Garza's Obituary
Santos E. Garza entered into eternal rest on Sunday June 5, 2016 in McAllen, Texas. He was born on Nov. 1, 1920 in Rio Grande City.
He was a life long farmer and rancher. He loved being outdoors and especially going hunting. He proudly served his country with the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his wife-Eustolia T. Garza, a son Miguel "Mickey" A. Garza, one daughter-Maria Azucena "Susie" Gonzalez, a son in law Raul Gonzalez Jr., and a daughter in law Anabel Garza and 5 brothers.
He is survied by two sons- Mario A. Garza and Manuel Artemio Garza and his wife Patricia. Also three sisters Luis Villarreal, Elvira Garcia and her husband Pedro, and Abundia Garza
eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren survive as well. Also numerous of nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday June 7, 2016 at Hernandez Funeral s Chapel of Remembrance from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with the recital of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM
Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday June 8, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Rosa de Lima Church in La Rosita. Burial will follow to Los Saenz cemetery.
