Mr. Rumaldo Garza, Age, 87 passed away on Thursday May 28, 2020 at Retama Manor in Rio Grande City. He was born on February 08, 1933 in Camargo, Mexico, to Ireneo and Salveria Garza. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ireneo and Salveria Garza and his wife, Tomasa H. Garza. He is survived by his children, Jorge (Noemi) Garza, Rumaldo Garza Jr., Herberto Garza, Esmeralda (Jose) Garza Medina, and Maria G. Garza, Juan (Rosie) Garza, Jose Ireneo (Cecilia) Garza. Survivors also include 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral services are limited to immediate family only due to the Coronavirus. Visitation will be held on Sunday May 31, 2020 at Hernandez Funerals from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Visitation continues on Monday June 01, 2020 from 8:00 am to 2:45 pm with a chapel service at 2:00 pm at the Funeral Home. Burial Service held at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 3:00 pm. Funeral Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
