Rugerio Trevino's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Rugerio Trevino. Sadly, he passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the age of 77, in his residence in Rio Grande City, Texas, surrounded by his loving family. He was a loving son, husband, father, sibling, uncle, grandfather, and friend to many. He will be greatly missed. Rugerio was born to the late Felipe Trevino and Petra Trevino. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Inez Amanda S. Trevino and his loving sons, Ivan (Maria Isabel) Trevino, Jose (Balvina) Trevino. Survivors also include his 6 grandchildren, and numerous relatives and friends. The Trevino family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of his life. The Trevino family will receive friends and family on Tuesday March 12, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals. The recital of the rosary will begin at 5:30 pm. Viewing continues on Wednesday March 13, 2024 from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm going to St. Paul Church in La Puerta at 2:00 pm, and followed by burial at La Paz Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 3:30 pm. Funeral Services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
