Mr. Ruben G. Mancias, Age, 74, passed away on Tuesday April 13, 2021 at McAllen Medical Center. He was born in McAllen, Texas on March 07, 1947 to Cecilio and Isaura Garza Mancias. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and a good friend to all. He will be dearly missed by all, He was married to Lorena Montalvo Mancias. He is survived by his children, Alma A. Bazan, Anna Mancias and Ruben Mancias Jr, Michael Lee Montalvo. He is also survived by his 7 grand-children, 8 great-grand-children, 1 great-great-grand-children. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
