Ruben Dario Castaneda's Obituary
Ruben Dario Castañeda, 50, was called home by God on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, and is now reunited with his dad and grandparents. Ruben is preceded in death by his dad Ernesto Castañeda Jr. He is survived by his mother, Elida L. Castañeda, sisters Tina M. Castañeda, Melisa I. Castañeda and Dilia (Jerral) Baldwin, and his brother, Julian (Elizabeth) Castañeda and niece Brittany Castañeda. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him. Visitation is going to be on Monday May 30, 2022 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with a chapel service at 12:00 pm. Follow burial at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 1:10 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
