Roscoe Morlen, age 83, passed away on Thursday March 2, 2017 in McAllen Heart Hospital in McAllen, Texas surrounded by his family. He was born on January 22, 1934 in Rio Grande City, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Roscoe Morlen (+) and by his mother, Antonia Lund (+), and by her sister, Ada Marjory Morlen Escobar (+). And also by his son James Morlen.
