He is Also Survived by His Loving Children Who He Loved to Spend Time With: Monica Garza, Julio Cesar Gutierrez, Daniel †, & Diana Gutierrez and Also His Brothers: Ruben Jesus Vela, Ricardo, Severo, Quirino, and His Only Sister Janie Vasquez Vela. He also Loved to Spend time with his grandchildren Roman Garza Vela lived a very Beautiful Life and His Family will cherish Each Moment they got to spend with him.
