Roman Garcia's Obituary
Roman Garcia, age, 83, passed away Monday, June 05, 2023 at Rio Grande City, Texas. He was born on June 08, 1939 in Los Garza, Tamps, Mexico. Roman, was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, grand-father, he will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Olivero Garcia+ and Antonia De La Garza+ also by his wife, Teresa Perez Garcia+ and by his son, Juan Carlos Garcia+. He is survived by his children, Roman Garcia Jr., Adrian Garcia, Vicenta Gonzalez, and Patricia Zarabia, Nora Villarreal, Laura Zarabia. Survivors also include his 17 grand-children, and his siblings, Eleazar Garcia, Olivero Garcia, Francisca Garcia and Maria Elena Garcia, Lydia R. Garcia, Blanca E. Garcia and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Tuesday June 06, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a service at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Wednesday June 07, 2023 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm with a chapel service at 1:00 pm. Follow Burial at Saenz Cemetery in La Victoria at 2:30 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
