Rolando Cerda Gaon's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Rolando Cerda Gaona, Age, 60, on Wednesday November 09, 2022 in Edinburg, Texas. Rolando was a dearly husband, father, son, brother, grand-father. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. He was born on June 12, 1962 in Monclova, Coach, Mexico, to Martin Cerda Cardona and Hermelinda Gaona. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosa Maria Murillo Cerda and his loving children, Rolando Cerda Jr., Rosalinda Cerda, Alexandra Cerda, and Elizabeth Cerda, Matthew Israel Cerda. Survivors include his sister, Graciela Silva and his brothers, Luis Cerda, Jose Geraldo Cerda and his loving grandson. Visitation is going to be on Friday November 11, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Viewing continues on Saturday November 12, 2022 from 8:00 am to 8:15 am. Follow burial at Santa Fe Cemetery in Mission at 9:00 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in La Joya.
