Rogelio Gutierrez Espinoza, age, 80, passed away on Tuesday November 13, 2018 in Starr County Memorial Hospital in Rio Grande City. He was born on September 10, 1938 in Cerralvo Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his father, Luz Gutierrez Cardenas (+), and by his mother, Santos Espinoza Solis (+). He is survived by his wife, Hortencia R. Gutierrez also by his daughter, Ramona Gutierrez and his sons, Jesus Gutierrez, Rogelio Gutierrez Jr. and Baltazar Gutierrez. He is also survived by his 9 grand-children, and nieces and nephews.
