Rodolfo Alafa's Obituary
Rodolfo Alafa was born on December 08, 1926 in La Laja, Valadeces, Tamps. Rodolfo entered into eternal rest on Tuesday October 17, 2023 in Penitas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio Alafa+ and Victoria Barrera Alafa+, his wife, Maria del Carmen Alafa, his son, Ramon Alafa+, his daughter, Tomasita Alafa. Rodolfo, was a loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather. Rodolfo, loved to be celebrated in any way, he was one of a kind that will be greatly missed by his beloved family and friends. He is survived by his children: Raul Alafa, Gloria Alafa, Roberto Alaffa, Rolando Alafa and Ramiro Alafa, Maricela Alafa, Paula Alafa. Survivors also inculde his 28 grandchildren, 33 greatgrandchildren. The Alafa family will receive friends and family on Friday, October 20, 2023 at the Hernandez Funerals, 701 E. Eisenhower, Rio Grande City from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The recital of the holy rosary will begin at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 8:00 am - 12:45 pm followed by a Holy Family Church in La Grulla at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow to Los Solis's Cemetery in La Grulla, Texas at 2:30 pm. Funeral services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals, LLC, in Rio Grande City.
