Richard Valadez's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Richard Valadez, on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 in Mission, Texas. Richard, was a loving son, brother, uncle, he will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. He was born on April 28, 1966 in Rio Grande City. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elias Valadez+ and Maria Elena De La Cruz+ also by his brother Elias Valadez Jr+. He is survived his niece and nephews, Jessica Valadez, Alexis Valadez and Randy Villarreal Willy Villarreal. Survivors also include his siblings, Aide Valadez, Ruben Valadez, Eduardo Valadez, and Joel Valadez, Esmeralda Mejia, Jose Armando Valadez, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. Visitation is going to be at Iglesias Marantha in Las Lomas on Thursday April 27, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday April 28, 2023 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Viewing continues on Saturday April 29, 2023 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am with a service at 10:00 am. Follow Burial at Los Vela's Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 11:30 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
