Ricardo E. Perez, age 57, passed away on Sunday November 6, 2016 at Starr County Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 19, 1959 in Rio Grande City. He is survived by his parents, Rodolfo Perez and Esperanza Rodriguez and his brothers, Roberto Jorge Perez, Rodolfo Perez Jr., Roel Orlando Perez.
