With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Ramiro Garcia. Sadly, he passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, at the age of 70, at his residence in Penitas, Texas, surrounded by his loving family. He was a loving husband, son, sibling, uncle, and friend to many. He will be greatly missed. Ramiro was born to late Ramiro Garcia and Herlinda Martinez on February 16, 1953 in Los Ramones, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Rosa Elia Mendez de Garcia and his sister, Liboria Garcia. Survivors also include numerous relatives and friends. The Garcia family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of his life. The Garcia family will receive friends and family on Thursday February 01, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals (806 E. Expressway 83 in La Joya, Texas). The recital of the service will begin at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday February 02, 2024 from 8:00 am to 10:30 am with a chapel service at 10:00 am (806 E. Expressway 83 in La Joya, Texas). Followed by burial at Gardens of Angels Cemetery in Mission at 11:00 am. Funeral Services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals in La Joya.
