Ramiro De La Garza's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Ramiro De La Garza, age, 78, on Thursday, March 30, 2023 in Rio Grande City, Texas. Ramiro, was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great-grand-father, he will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. He was born on April 19, 1944 in Mexico. He is preceded in death by is parents, Ventura Garza+ and Rosa Garza+ and his wife, Maria de la Luz Ramon de la Garza+. He is survived by his loving children, Oscar (Magdalena) De La Garza, Hever (Francisca) De La Garza, and Juan (Emma) De La Garza, Ramiro (Aracely) De La Garza . Survivors also include his 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom he loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Sunday April 02, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Viewing continues on Monday April 03, 2023 from 8:00 am to 10:30 am going to St. Paul Church in La Puerta at 11:00 am. Follow Burial at Panteon Dolores in Camargo, Tamps, Mexico. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
