Pedro Laurel Jr.'s Obituary
Pedro Laurel, Jr, age 81, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 9, 2018 surrounded by his family members. Born on October 2, 1936 in Rio Grande City, Texas, Pedro was raised and lived a joyful life at Los Laureles Ranch in San Isidro, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro Laurel and Maria C. Laurel, his brother Rene Laurel, and his beloved wife Alicia G. Laurel. He is survived by his children Julia (Jose Alejandro) Ochoa, and Pedro (Adabel) Laurel IV; five grandchildren – Audrey M. Ochoa, Lauren A. Ochoa, Jose A. Ochoa III, Dylan M. Laurel, and David A. Laurel, and his brother Leonel Laurel. His abundant faithfulness to our Lord is the legacy he leaves instilled in our hearts, and his words of wisdom will forever remain imprinted in every life he touched. Viewing will be held on Monday, June 11 at Hernandez Funeral Home. Funeral mass services will be held Tuesday at 9am at San Isidro Catholic Church, followed by burial at Los Laureles Family Cemetery in San Isidro, Texas.
