Oralia Garza Bazan's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Oralia Garza Bazan, on Monday, August 22, 2022 at the age, of 91, in her residence in Rio Grande City, Texas. Oralia, was a dearly loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, grand-mother, great-grand-mother, niece, and friend. She will be greatly missed by her beloved family and close friends. Oralia, was born on July 11, 1931 in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her loving parents+, and her loving husband, Eligio Bazan Sr.,+ also by her loving sons, Eligio Bazan Jr+., Sergio Bazan +. She is survived by her loving children, Annette Bazan Garza, Isaias Bazan and Daisy Melton. Survivors also include her 12 grandchildren, and 21 great-grand-children, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom she loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Thursday August 25, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday August 26, 2022 from 9:00 am to 1:45 pm, going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 2:00 pm. Follow Burial at Roma Cemetery at 3:00 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
