Olivia L. Medellin, age, 86, passed away on Monday March 23, 2020 in Rio Grande City. She was born on March 18, 1934 in Raymondville, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose V. and Adela G. Lopez, also by her husband, Joaquin Reyes Medellin and her son, Federico Cavazos, daughter, San Juanita Cavazos . She is also survived by her children, Flor Estela Cavazos, Joaquin Lopez Medellin, Marco Antonio Medellin also by her 6 grand-children and 7 great-grand-children. Viewing will be held on Wednesday March 25, 2020 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm follow by Cremation. Funeral services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
