Olga G. Salinas' Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Olga G. Salinas, age, 86, on Thursday, March 16, 2023 in her residence in Roma, Texas surrounded by her loving family. Olga, was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, she will be greatly missed by her beloved family and close friends. She was born on May 17, 1936 in Los Garza, in Midway, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Pablo Gonzalez+ and Felicitas Perez Gonzalez+. She is survived by her loving children Felix (Rita) Gonzalez Jr., Eduardo (Manuela) Mendez, Mirian (Pablo) Solis and Daniel Mendez, Daniel Mendez Jr. Survivors also include her 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom she loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Friday March 17, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Saturday March 18, 2023 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm with a chapel service at 11:00 am. Follow by Cremation. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
