Norma Nelly Menchaca De Rios, age 53, passed away Thursday, March 07, 2019 in McAllen Medical Center. She was born May 19, 1965 in Monterrey, Mexico. She is survived by her husband, Juan Manuel Rios and her children; Juan Manuel Rios Jr., Bruno Alejandro Rios, Jesus Eduardo Rios, Josie Rios, David Rios. She is also survived by her siblings, Julio Cesar Menchaca, Jose Geraldo Menchaca, Americo Menchaca, Guadalupe Menchaca, Dalia Menchaca also by 1 grand-Son. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 10:00 am to all night with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Anthony Church in Penitas on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 10:00 am followed by Cremation. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of La Joya.
