Noelia M. Arredondo, age, 66, passed away on Wednesday September 27, 2017 in McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas surrounded by her family. She was born on January 15, 1951 in Rio Grande City. She is preceded in death by her father, Rafael Montalvo (+), and by her mother, Maria Chapa Montalvo (+), also by her daughter, Arlene Arredondo (+), and by her Brothers, Norberto Montalvo (+), Marcelo Montalvo (+), and sisters, Lydia Perez (+) and Guadalupe Salinas (+). She is survived by her sons, Alberto Arredondo, Tomas Arredondo III. Also by her brothers, Erasmo Montalvo, Jesus Maria Montalvo, and her sister Maria Adela Ball. Also by her 2 grand-daughters, Micaela Arredondo, and Olivia Arredondo, and by numerous nieces and nephews.
