Narciso Ruben Garza's Obituary
Narciso Ruben Garza, 80, went home to the Lord on Thursday, December 22, 2016 surrounded by his loving children. His wish was to be home for Christmas, and he is. Narciso was born October 29, 1936 in Rio Grande City, Texas to Jose Adan Garza and Crisanta Garza, who proceeded him in death as well as his brothers: Jose Adan Garza, Jr. and Leonel S. Garza.
He is loved and will be greatly missed by his children: Narciso Garza, Jr. and his wife, Beth (San Antonio); David Garza (Dallas); Cynthia De La Garza and her husband, Carlos (San Antonio); Patricia Garza (San Antonio); and Marco Garza and his wife Stephanie (San Antonio). He was loved by his five grandchildren: Joseph, Nathaniel, Gabriela, Marissa, and Carlos. He leaves behind his brother, Eduardo H. Garza, and nieces and nephews. He will live forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
All services for Narciso will be held in Rio Grande City. Visitation for Narciso will be held on Tuesday, December 27, from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. followed by a rosary at 9:00 at the Hernandez Funeral Chapel. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church with the burial to follow in the Rio Grande City Cemetery at 11.00 a.m.
