It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Merced Aguirre Jr, who left us on August 09, 2025.
Merced was a cherished and beloved member of his family and community. He is preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Pedro Garza Gonzales; survived by his daughter, Gloria Alicia Berlanga.
Merced made a lasting impact on everyone he met and befriended. He was beloved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed. His legacy of inspiration and love will continue to live on through the thoughts and prayers of his friends and family, and through the lives of those he touched.
