Maximo Ernesto Perez passed away Saturday, August 08, 2020, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas. He was born on February 28,1951 in Rio Grande City, to Maximiliano(+)& Margarita Perez(+). Max is survived by his partner of almost 14 years, Rita Mae Alaniz, his daughter Marivel (Sal) Martinez, his son Roel Perez, his son Maximo Ernesto Perez Jr. (+), his son Maximo Erik (Janie) Perez, his son Chris (Lilly) Perez, his daughter Melissa Marie Perez (Tania Hernandez), sister Imelda Perez, brother Amador (Lucy) Perez, sister Irene (Vicente) Bazan, brother Rolando (Vicky) Perez, sister Dolly Perez, sister Norma Perez, sister Mina Perez, sister Diana (Mike) Gomez, brother Alex (Tory) Perez, eleven grandchildren, one great granddaughter and one great grandson (+)
Visitation will take place at Hernandez Funeral Home located at 901 E. Eisenhower, Rio Grande City on Sunday, August 16, 2020 from 3pm to 8pm with a rosary at 6pm. Burial will take place at 10 am on Monday, August 17, 2020 at La Puerta Cemetery. Only 30 – 40 guests and no one under 17 years old will be allowed. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines and masks are mandatory.
