Mario A. Gutierrez, 45, of Parkersburg passed away August 21, 2018 at Camden Clark Memorial Center
Mario was born on December 10, 1972 in Rio Grande, TX, a son to the late Juan and Horiencia Luevano Gutierrez
Mario was loved by everyone. He was quick to help out those in need and had a heart of gold. He was a talented artist and enjoyed time with his wife, Dee. He is remembered as a hard worker, a caring, and a loving husband.
Mario is survived by his wife, Laurenda Dee Morris Gutierrez; sisters Sylvia Lopez, Maria Leticia Carrion, Annabelle Trevino, Marciela Barba, Dora Elva Gillespie, and Belinda Velasquez; brothers Romeo Gutierrez and Baldomero Gutierrez; and his mother-in-law, Betty Morris.
In addition to parents, was preceded in death by brothers Juan Jose Zamorano, Lauro Gutierrez, and Dagoberto Gutierrez.
Mario's remains will be cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date, as per the family's wishes.
