Marina Julia Barrera's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Marina Julia Barrera, age, 17, on Saturday, January 14, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas. Marina, was a dearly daughter, mother, sister, aunt she will be greatly missed by her beloved family and close friends. She was born on July 25, 2005 in San Antonio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving father, Alonzo Barrera+. She is survived by her mother, Erika Rodriguez, and her loving son, Jermiah Alonzo Barrera Rodriguez and her siblings, Norrina Marie Angelica Barrera, Aron Rafael Barrera, Jovani Rodriguez. Survivors also include her paternal grandmother, Noelia Barrera, and her maternal grandparents, Rick Rodriguez and Nora Rodriguez also by her boyfriend, Joe Rodriguez and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, all whom she loved dearly. Visitation is going to be on Sunday January 22, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6::00 pm. Follow by Cremation. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
