Maricela Ramirez, age, 43, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas. She was born on July 17,1977 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. She is survived by her husband, Leeroy Ramirez and her 2 daughters, Sophia R. Ramirez, Kaylae Ramirez. Survivors also include her brothers and sisters, Mauricio Magallanes, Cenaido Magallanes Jr., Mario Magallanes, and Miguel Magallanes, Manuel Magallanes, Minerva Magallanes, Margarita Magallanes (+). Viewing is going to be on Monday January 25, 2021 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with a chapel service at 10 am follow to La Paz Cemetery in Rio Grande City at 11:00 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
