Maria Teodora Vela, Age, 81, passed away Monday October 26, 2020 in Rio Grande City. She was born in November 22,1938 in Camargo, Mexico. She is proceded in death by her parents, Rodolfo Adan Olivarez and Josefina Lopez and her husband Bengino Vela Garza. She is survived by her children, Maria Vela, Bengino Vela, Juan Vela, and Jose Eduardo Vela, Guadalupe Vela. Viewing will be held on Tuesday November 03, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
