Maria T. Ramirez Pena's Obituary
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Maria T. Ramirez Pena, at the age of 68, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, July 14, 2024, in her residence in Rio Grande City, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. Maria was born on April 12, 1956, in Durango, Mexico. She was the daughter of Rufo and Josefina Rivera Trejo Ramirez. Maria was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, niece, and aunt. Maria was preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Arnoldo Pena Salomon "El Toro" and her children, Jennifer Castorena, Diana Pena and Arnoldo Pena. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren. She always put the Lord first and always wanted to help others. The Ramirez Pena Family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of her life. The visitation service will be on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City (701 E. Eisenhower Rd in Rio Grande City, 78582). Followed by Cremation. Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City is in charge of funeral arrangements.
