Maria Irasema Solis, age 58, passed away Sunday, September 06, 2020 at her residence in Mission, Texas. She is survived by her father, Salome Alanis and her husband, Sergio Solis, also by her sons, Sergio Solis Jr., Jose Angel Solis, Hector Luis Solis, Carlo Alberto Solis. Survivors also include her siblings, Juan Angel Alaniz, Maribel Mireles, Jaime Alaniz, and Hugo Alaniz, Eladio Alaniz also her 7 grandchildren. Visitation will be held today, Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Hernandez Funeral Home in La Joya at 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday September 11, 2020 at Hernandez Funeral Home in La Joya from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm with a chapel service at 2:00 pm follow burial at Santa Fe Celestial Gardens Cemetery in Mission at 3:00 pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in La Joya.
