Maria I. Diaz, age, 76, passed away on Tuesday March 30, 2021 in Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. She was born on January 11, 1945 in Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Rafaela Solis Diaz. She is survived by her 4 grand-children. Viewing will be held on Thursday April 01, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday April 02, 2021 from 8:30 am to 11:00 am going to Los Solis's Cemetery in La Grulla at 11:30 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
