Maria Elva Casanova Morin, age 76, passed away on Sunday August 02, 2020 at her residence in Rio Grande City, Texas surrounded by her family. She was born on January 10, 1944 in Los Guerra, Mexico. She is proceded in death by her parents, Cruz and Evangelina Guerra Casanova. She is survived by her husband, Julio L. Morin Sr., and her daughters, Maria E. Morin Marroquin, Marisa N. Morin, and Julio L. Morin Jr. Viewing is going to be held on Sunday August 09, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Viewing continues on Monday August 10, 2020 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am follow burial at El Arroyo Cemetery at 10:30 am. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
