Manuela H. Mendez, age, 66, went to be with God on Sunday December 01, 2019 in Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas surrounded by her family. She was born on February 12, 1953 in Comales, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents; Luis Hernandez and Ricarda Chasco Hernandez. She is survived by her children, her numerous grand-children, great-grand-children also by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held on, Wednesday, December 04, 2019 at Hernandez Funerals from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Service at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Thursday December 05, 2019 from 8:00 am to 10:45 am going to Renova Church in Rio Grande City at 11:00 am follow to Rio Grande City Cemetery at 12:00 pm. Funeral Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
