Mr. Manuel Garza Saenz, Age, 96, passed away March 27, 2021. He was born in Los Fresnos Tamaulipas, Mexico on February 09, 1925 and resided in Rio Grande City since 1967. He was a great husband, father, grandfather & great grandfather and a good friend to all. He will be dearly missed by all, He was married to Santos Ramirez. He is survived by his 5 sons and 6 daughters, Blanca (Marcos Garza (+)) Garza, Trinidad (David (+)) Cardoza, Jose Guadalupe (+)( Rosalba) Garza, Manuel (Yolanda) Garza Jr., Beatriz (Arnoldo) Benitez, Alfredo (Mayra) Garza, Gloria (Hugo) Rex, Fortino (Socorro) Garza, Yolanda (Fidel) Salazar, Leticia (Eddie) Olivarez, Leonel (Norma) Garza. Visitation will be on Monday March 29, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Viewing continues on Tuesday 8:00 am to 9:45 am going to Immaculate Church in Rio Grande City at 10:00 am. Burial will follow to the Rio Grande City Cemetery at 11:00 am .Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Funeral services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals, LLC in Rio Grande City.
