Luz Marroquin, age, 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday March 17, 2018 in Rio Grande City Nursing and Rehab Center, surrounded by his family. He was born on February 27, 1927 in San Vicente Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his father, Lucio Marroquin (+), and by his mother, Gregoria M. Marroquin (+), also by his wife, Christina Marroquin (+), and his son, Rene Marroquin (+). He is survived by his children, Luz Marroquin Jr., Eloy Marroquin, Ricardo Marroquin, and Carlos Marroquin, Maria Elena Guerra, Joel Marroquin, Elizabeth Trejo, Ruben Marroquin, and Alberto Marroquin, Rosa Elia Villarreal, Alfonso Marroquin. Also by his sister, Rosa B. Salazar and by his 34 grand-children,61 great-grand-children and 9 great-great-grand-children also by numerous nieces & nephews.
