Luis Vasquez Vanegas, age, 83, passed away peacefully on Thursday March 29, 2018 in Rio Grande City Nursing and Rehab Center, surrounded by his family. He was born on April 15, 1934 in General Teran, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his father, Enrique Vasquez (+), and by his mother, Rosa Elbia Garcia Vasquez (+). He is survived by his children, Elsa Patricia Saenz, Luis Armando Vasquez Garcia, Hector Eloy Vasquez Garcia. Also by his siblings, Aurora Vasquez Vanegas, Guadalupe Vasquez, Enrique Vasquez and by his 8 grand-children and by numerous nieces & nephews.
