Leonel Sepulveda Garcia, age, 80, passed away on Saturday February 23, 2019 in his Residence in Rio Grande City surrounded by his family. He was born on November 04, 1938. He is preceded in death by his father, Pablo Sepulveda (+) and his mother, Jacinta Garcia Sepulveda (+). He is survived by his wife, Elisa Garza Sepulveda, also by his children, Josefina Velarda, Elizabeth Montez and Leonel Sepulveda Jr. He is survived by his sister, Maria Sepulveda Guzman and his brother, Nicanor Sepulveda, also by his 7 grand-children and 1 great-grand-daughter.
