Mr. Leonel Leal, Age, 64 passed away on Sunday July 19, 2020 at Starr County Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 29, 1956 in Rio Grande City. He is survived by his wife, Rosalva Cruz Leal and his son, Leonel Leal Jr., and his daughter Chania Denise Leal Survivors also include his 6 grandchildren. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing. No viewing its going to be Direct Cremation. Funeral Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
