Lazara Lozano , age, 84, passed away on Monday December 24, 2018 in Starr County Memorial Hospital in Rio Grande city surrounded by her family. She was born on December 16, 1934 in Pecos, Texas. She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria De Refugio Lopez (+), also by her father, Juan Mena (+). She is survived by her husband Fortunato Lozano also by her children, Refugio Angel Lozano, Maria Leticia (Amde) Barrera, and Fortunato (Melba) Lozano . She is also survived by her 11 grand-children and 15 great-grand-children and nieces and nephews.
