Juan Antonio Lopez's Obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Juan Antonio Lopez. Sadly, he passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024, at the age of 62, at his residence in Rio Grande City, Texas, surrounded by his loving family. He was a loving son, sibling, uncle, and friend to many. He will be greatly missed. Juan Antonio was born to late Alvaro Lopez and Consuelo Ana de la Garza on January 24, 1961 in McAllen, Texas. Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Alvaro (Gabriela+) Lopez Jr., Ana Maria Isabel Lopez (Oscar) Ramirez, Ernesto Javier+ (Maria Lydia) Lopez, Linda Margot Lopez (Javier) Roman, Jose Manuel Lopez, Ricardo Alfonso (Diana Eustolia) Lopez, Maria Antonieta Lopez (Ernesto) Banda, twin sister Veronica Yvet Lopez, Teresa Bernadet Lopez and Carlos Jaime (Ofelia+) Lopez. Survivors also include numerous relatives and friends. The Lopez family invites you to join them in a celebration of faith in remembrance of his life. The Lopez family will receive friends and family on Thursday January 25, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hernandez Funerals. The recital of the rosary will begin at 6:00 pm. Viewing continues on Friday January 26, 2024 from 8:00 am to 9:45 am going to Immaculate Conception Church in Rio Grande City at 10:00 am, and followed by burial at Rio Grande City Cemetery at 11:00 am. Funeral Services are entrusted at Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
