Juan Cantu Jr., age 80, went to be with God on Friday July 26, 2019 in Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; Juan & Consuelo Cantu; son Roberto Cantu (+). He is survived by his wife; Aida Cantu and his children; Javier Ramirez; Martin Cantu; Juan Cantu III; Rosalinda Cantu; Rolando Cantu; Teresa Cantu. He leaves to mourn his memory his siblings; Elia; Dora; Aida; Irma; Elva; Role; Noel; Jose; Rosa Cantu and his 17 grand-children; 7 great-grand-children, and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be held on, Monday, July 29, 2019 at Hernandez Funerals from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Viewing continues on Tuesday July 30, 2019 from: 8:00 am to 9:30 am Leaving to Holy Family Church in La Grulla at 10:00 am. Burial at Familia Cantu Cemetery in La Grulla at 11.00 am. Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals of Rio Grande City.
