Josefina T. Pena's Obituary
Josefina T. Pena, age 90, went to be with God on Thursday October 24, 2019 in her residence in Delmita, Texas. She was born on July 18, 1929 in Monterrey, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents; Manuel G. Trevino and Carmen B. Trevino also by her husband; Noel N. Pena , her son; Noel N. Pena Jr., and her grand-daughter; Kennie Alaniz. She is survived by her children; Josie P. Pineda; Rosie P. Ortiz; Celina P. (Refugio) Alaniz; Jorge E. (Martha) Pena; Jessica P. (Manuel) Salazar and her daughter-in-law Diana Guerrero - Pena. She is also survived by her sister; Alicia T. Gonzalez and her 11 grand-children; and 8 great-grand-children also numerous nieces and nephews also a special thanks to her caregiver Rebecca R. Garza. Visitation will be held on, Friday, October 25, 2019 at Hernandez Funerals from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Viewing continues on Saturday October 26, 2019 from 8:00 am to 8:45 am going to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Rio Grande City at 9:00 am. There will be no Burial Services. Funeral Services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals in Rio Grande City.
