When working for the state, I had the privilege of working with Joe. I very nice young man, always good to His elderly clients . A very caring individual and such a neat person. When he worked in Roma, he was a key figure in the success of office operations. Rest In Peace my friend. You will be missed. Prayers for his entire family.
