Jose Trevino Jr., age 69, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023, in McAllen, Texas. He was born on January 27, 1954, in La Grulla, Texas. Jose, was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather, great-grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his beloved family and close friends. He is is preceded in death by his parents; Jose Trevino Sr.,+ and Paula D. Trevino+ also by his wife, Soila B. Trevino+ and his brother, Juan Espinoza+. He is survived by his children, Linda (Porfirio) Trevino, Victoria (Alejandro) Trevino, Jose (Monica)Trevino III , Ernesto (Laura) Trevino. Survivors also include his siblings, Radalberto Trevino, Jorge Trevino, Omer Trevino, Humberto Trevino, and Maria Trevino, Rogelio Trevino, Idolina Mendoza and his 7 grandchildren, 2 greatgrandchildren, his extended family, all of whom he loved dearly. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 03, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary 6:00 p.m. Viewing continues on Friday, August 04, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., going to Holy Family Church in La Grulla at 10:00 a.m. followed burial at Los Solis's Cemetery in La Grulla, Texas at 11:00 a.m. Funeral services are entrusted to Hernandez Funerals, LLC, in Rio Grande City.
